CV or Résumé Preparation: Procedure

Follow the steps below when you have decided and are ready to have your CV or résumé prepared by us:

  1. Call us to make an appointment to visit our office (in Mongkok) for initial interview or have us call you back for a telephone interview. This meeting will allow us to gather all the information needed to help prepare your CV or résumé. (For overseas clients, all communications would be conducted through emails.)
  2. Prior to the interview, get ready all your documents, your past CV or résumé (if you have one), or a list of your personal data, work history and academic history, and details of the job you are seeking (e.g. newspaper clippings of job advertisements).
  3. We will give you a quotation on the fees expected and when agreed, at least HK$360 or 50% have to be paid before we will commence on the document preparation. Methods of payment include: by Cash, cheques or direct deposit into our Company's bank account for Hong Kong local residents, and overseas clients may pay by Credit Card or PayPal.   4. Depending on the complexity, your CV or résumé may be ready for collection on the same day but usually within a week.
  5. Before final printing, you will have the chance to review the draft.
  6. All balance payment is due when collecting your CV or résumé. Within a 30 day period, we may do minor alterations for you without any extra charges.
  7. For a Hong Kong local client, you may collect your CV or résumé at our office or we can courier it to you. If you're an overseas client, your CV or résumé would be delivered to you by email after you have paid the balance (which we will invoice you).
  8. Other than your contact details, we will not keep any of your other personal data on our system after the order is completed.
